All written and visual content supplied by the Operator must not be reproduced in any form. Any props and/or equipment supplied by the Operator remain the sole property of the Operator.

Any venue that elects to operate with NRG Promotions is required to work solely and exclusively with the Operator at all times. All forms of communication, whether written or verbal, must be directed to and shared with the Operator. This requirement is in accordance with the contractual obligations and agreements under which all hosts engaged by the Operator are bound.
